Strategic Vision

Our vision is to be the black women empowered partner of choice, through the adding of business skills and property knowledge required for the company to grow steadily with a diverse range of investments in the property sector.

Our operational and investment focus is on commercial property. We look for investments that represent both strong capital growth and sufficient yields to cover the debt funding. The direct property focus is on single tenanted, AAA grade long term sale and lease-backs on properties that are in good locations with strong and stable tenants.
